generating known_hosts fails if using repo url #2

When using borg_repo_url, _BORG_HOST ends up being unset, which causes the routine that generates known_hosts to not work properly.

I could hack up a patch to fix this, but I run HA in HA OS, and testing addons with patches is quite painful (or at least I haven't found a good way yet...)
