We need to setup raspberry pi for organization, then we can use it for navigator-rs, navigator-lib and ak09

Are they still in wip ?

We need to setup a local runner first, would like to use the enterprise level and create a group to share between our 3 repositories, and the future navigator-assitant/extension

Suggest to create a group called: Raspbian-armv7-51033 (the actual BlueOS kernel)
