Goal:now indexes (without any calculations) the events correctly (similar to uniswap & co)

To do:

• rework event indexer
• • make use of a full orm (vs. single table)
• • add support for loading and connecting db objects - index static event data similar to https://github.com/Uniswap/v2-subgraph/blob/master/src/mappings/core.ts
• • ensure all additional data like blocks, transactions, tokens, etc. is also being mapped
