Most title case sources suggest capitalizing words over 4 letters, including conjunctions (APA, Chicago, MLA). So the list of small words in title case should not include "because", "without", "neither".

"Some" is a pronoun, adjective or adverb (Merriem-Webster) so it also shouldn't be included.
