Describe the problem you are having

after updating to latest dev, the qsv h264 preset now errors.

i have i7-7700T. vaapi presets still works normally.

This might be fixed with #13737 otherwise this likely just means the qsv args need to be reworked which was expected now that libvpl is used

Interesting, libmfx1 should be included with libmfx-gen1.2

So you're saying you added that in your branch along with the existing deps that are there?

oh, well that won't work because the newer version is needed for newer intel hardware. Will have to see if adding both works

still working with both libmfx1 and gen1.2
not sure if it breaks the newer processors as i only have kaby lake.
