Increase scanner cpu and memory

By increasing the scanner CPU and memory allocations, the scan client will be able to run a lot faster -- and maybe will also be able to handle larger files, and have a lower chance of connection failures.

I suggest at least 1 core and 5 GB of memory.

The increase in CPU/memory utilization can be offset by decreasing the number of scanner pods.
