PDF build

I'd really like to get Markdown to PDF going here. Would make the continual updates easier. I was trying https://github.com/timtylin/scholdoc for this, which looks generally right on target. However, there are currently issues with scholmd in install (either with homebrew or with cabal, timtylin/homebrew-scholdoc#1). Will stick to duplicated LaTeX for the moment, but leaving this issue here as something to investigate.

@trvrb I stumbled across this issue while browsing Zika repos. You may also consider looking at pandoc-scholar, which I've used with success, although it may be less than comprehensive enough for your needs.
