We have some nice, old growth pine floors. They've taken a beating but appears we can get a sanding out of them.

Need to find a flooring person or consider DIY. I've hear DIY is tough in this area.

He found these guys: Oglesby Hardwood Flooring and redid the floor on December 15th 02021. It took two full days and the family had to evacuate for a bit of the time as the oil odors were wayyyy to strong but the floor ended up looking beautiful. Highly recommend Oglesby. Family operation, very well-gelled team.
