George hi I’m not an expert on this but I did run into the same issue and I
believe it have to do with the licensing now going to open source.
I believe there are files you will need to replace w/ the open source
files. Hoping someone can help you.

Thanks Scotty. I hope someone that understands the files in the open source
can point me in the right direction. I am not a programmer. Hopefully,

Below is the info I was sent to fix the issue. Please use at your own risk.
I have no idea if this will work. Ive not done it yet myself.
Good Luck I know this is frustrating.
If already using 1.5.3, The first step is to take a backup of your site
files. Then download the 1.5.3 version from GitHub.

Then you will replace SOME of the files, NOT all. You will only replace
the encrypted files with the unencrypted versions you just downloaded. Here
