I run a default setup with the custom parameters below and the deployment seems stuck in the nessie container.
The log output is also not detailed:

Could you set image.debug true to see more information in the logs? That parameter increases the verbosity of the Bitnami initialization.

Also with image.debug true activated it seems not to have more output.
