browser window hangs after broken stream is loaded

This is the copy of the production version of this stream, however the issue is still reproducible: https://d1z81hh8vts55c.cloudfront.net/jtrelak/TVSDK-67617/copy/index.mpd
The stream was not damaged on purpose, this was just failure of the application that generates the stream.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load the following page: https://bitmovin.com/demos/stream-test?format=dash&manifest=https%3A%2F%2Fd1z81hh8vts55c.cloudfront.net%2Fjtrelak%2FTVSDK-67617%2Fcopy%2Findex.mpd
2. Wait few seconds

Expected result:
Because this stream is broken, there should be just no playback, or maybe some error message. The page controls should be still responsive

Actual result:
The browser window hangs (like there would be an infinite loop in javascript)

Environment:
This issue is reproducible on all browsers I tested it on (Chrome, Firefox, Chromium)
