  1. Send an announcement to users
  2. Tap to the Announcement message
  3. Open the Support History screen

Observed result:
There is no Announcement detail page to handle the Announcement message
There is no Announcement history in Support History screen
User cannot reply to the Announcement

Expected result:

  • Tap on Announcement message --> Go to Announcement detail to reply to user
  • Tap to Support History --> Show Announcement history
  • User can reply to the Announcement
  • If user does not reply the Announcement, the app auto-pulls the Announcements list and not create the Support ticket
  • After user replies the Announcement, the appropriate Support ticket is created

I don't want a special "announcement" item. Keep this simple. Don't make anything new. Just use the support threads we have now.

@moskovich This is the old business. There is nothing new. Thank you
