Title: Dynamically Update Send List Based on Coin and Collectible Balances

Description:
Coins and collectibles with a balance of zero should not appear in the list of assets when attempting to send via the home scanner or in the Channel Creation Flow when the user selects assets.

If a zero-balance coin or collectible:

• Receives an amount, or
• A "waiting for counterparty confirmation" transaction is confirmed,
• the asset should automatically reappear in the list of available assets.

Applicable to:

Send Flow: Initiated from the home scanner.
Channel Creation Flow: When the user selects an asset.
