We need to introduce a new Card variant that features a border-muted and bg-transparent style. Additionally, update all existing Cards to use the new styles.

Acceptance Criteria:

A new variant class border-muted bg-transparent is created.
All Card components reflect the new styles.
No visual regressions in the UI.
