Roadmap

This is our roadmap of waypoints, to be refined over time.

Target Date: 16 weeks leading up to 1.0 blockchain launch on 2016-07-01 (or maybe 2016-07-04? ☺)

Goals

Incorporate new Proof-of-Work
Implement spec security fixes
Secure SNARK parameters
External security audit of protocol/crypto
External security audit of implementation

Schedule

By Friday March 18th: parameter setup dry-run meeting.
Friday March 11: feature selection freeze (no additions to planned features after this)
Monday April 11: feature implementation deadline (feature implementations landed but may have bugs)
Friday May 13: security freeze (nothing but security fixes after this)
before Wednesday June 1: public parameters available
Monday June 6: signed binaries distributed
Friday July 1: reward starts
