Right now the output is designed for human consumption.

A --json flag would output a structured JSON output instead. One drawback I see is that it would make consumption a bit harder in simple cases (such as when the output is a single line).

I think --json would be most useful for biscuit inspect. The other commands are already designed to provide machine-usable output.
