Is the domain of 'predisposes to condition' (chemical or drug or treatment) too restrictive? #1511

The domain of predisposes to condition is listed as chemical or drug or treatment. It seems like this might be too restrictive as other factors, e.g. genetic variant, other diseases, etc. can also predispose one to a disease. I don't know if there is an appropriate mixin for such a varied category, so perhaps the domain should be left unconstrained?
