Help not working on windows

What's wrong?
F1 or the help button (below) gives a grey blank window

How can we reproduce the problem?
Just cliking on the button or F1

What's your environment?

• Operating system: Windows 10
• Orange version: 3.37.0
• How you installed Orange:
  Windows
  Standalone installer (default)
  Orange3-3.37.0-Miniconda-x86_64.exe
  Can be used without administrative priviledges.

Thanks for the report. I (who packaged the release on Friday) am very glad that at least the other aspects work. But a related issue happened often. In future, we will make sure to test the help functionality better.
