Mark as submitted

John Deck edited this page Aug 24, 2018 · 1 revision

Marking sequences as submitted in the LIMS allows you to keep a record of the submission status of your data. Soon you will be able to link your sequences to accession numbers in public sequence databases (e.g. Genbank) once your submissions are accepted.

To mark your sequence as submitted, select a group of contigs (or a consensus alignment) in the same way you would to mark as pass or failed. Select Biocode->Mark as Submitted in LIMS and choose whether to mark the sequences as submitted or not submitted from the dropdown. Click ok.
