Curator UI proposal: Allowing for unselecting fields

It would be nice, if the selection of maturity, license, cost, and availability (In label-tab) could be changed to allow for unselecting of the license in case of an incorrect selection has been made.
At the moment, it requires even a reload from the latest save point (Which can be very annoying) or a manual change of the JSON (Which might not be that user friendly).
An idea could be to make the drop down more like the tool type selection, where it is possible to click on the "X". Thereby unselecting the chosen tool type.
