#2131 添加了硅基流动的API的接入，在自己机器上试了下应该能用

补充楼上：AVAIL_LLM_MODELS里面添加one-api-硅基流动模型名称，例：AVAIL_LLM_MODELS = ["Default", “one-api-deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-R1”]
