Innerhalb des Order Model kann die external_id nicht gesetzt werden, da hierfür keine Funktion bereit steht. Da ich für die Custom Shop API bisher keine Dokumentation gefunden habe weiß ich jedoch nicht ob dies über diese Schnittstelle überhaupt möglich ist.
