Group creation requests cannot be deleted

What happened?

Users can retract a group creation request, but not cancel it entirely. It appears to remain linked to the account with an "Update" and a "Re-activate" button. As all users can create a group request and this is also the default screen we show for new users, this case might happen a lot.

Plus: The Update button should probably be named "Edit" with a pen icon and re-activate really is re-submit.
