[bug] uids should be filled from upstream LDAP #154

The uids are left as null when fetching the account name and email and phone number from upstream LDAP.

They should be filled with the upstream uids. They are no overlapping in our environment.

Also, they should be read-only in the REST API after this change.

See current gatekeeper script on how to get the uids from the respective MDC and Charité upstream.
