Push towards version 2.0.0

We'll be working on finalizing this round of messaging for hook.io as v2.0.0

Until we hit that version, it's expected that we'll making modifications to the messages over the next few weeks.

Once we have finalized all the messages for v2.0.0 in english, we will put out a call to arms for all our of contributors to make any final adjustments to the their language packs.
