Storefront gql inventory could additionally include inventory level unadjusted by the safety level.

We'd like to display our inventory levels independent of our safety level. To clarify, if have a product inventory of 2 and a safety of 1, we'd like only 1 to be purchasable online but show the user that we actually have two in-store.

In the case where we have an inventory of 1 and a safety of 1, it says to the customer something like: "you can't buy this online because we might not be able to fulfill your order, but we should have 1 on the shelf, please check in-store for availability"
