• Context: Provide as much information as you can to avoid too much back and forth. Let us know what you're working on, who your customers are, research you’ve done, and constraints you’re facing. If relevant, share any screenshots or links so we can more easily help you.

• Teamwork: Remember our docs (and our discussions) are open source. Share as much as you can so everyone has the info they need to do their best work. If you have an externally sensitive topic, reach out to our team.
