Find alternative for 7z to extract the squashfs images

On my manjaro dev machine 7z is able to extract zstd squasfs by default, but that seems to be not so default on many other platforms (like Raspberry Pi OS for example). Find an alternative that works on as many platforms as possible.

For now on RPi4 one could download a binary from https://www.7-zip.org/download.html:

wget https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2409-linux-arm64.tar.xz

The 7zzs binary in there is able to extract the squashfs .img's
