to help people find / use the right BIDS app it may be good to have eithe a how to or a flow chart.

Example:

how to run a GLM on my bids fMRI dataset:
- (recommended) fmriprep --> fitlins / bidspm
- halpipe
how to run connectivity analysis
- fmriprep --> giga connectome
- xcp-d
- ...
