Unity Asset can't load haptic_labrary.dll

hello
i meet some problem behaptics assets
import UnityAssetstore asset , open Behaptics/SDK/Example/Scene/1.Simple.scene
that editor play it. seen this error like picture

please how i solve that error?

already install behaptics player program
run program, pair done two arm's haptics.
used unity version 2019.3.3f1.

I've checked it in Unity 2019.3.7f1 and could not replicate any related issue.
Can you clear Bhaptics folder and import again?

i try clear and reimport this asset but i see same error

i try behaptics asset 1.4.13 version.
it works great for me.

Please install visual c++ redistributable to your computer.
dll files built with c++ visual studio requires c++ redistributable and that might be missing on your computer.

We are going to add redistributable to our next bhaptics player so that customer does not have same issue anymore.
