Line chart: Animation suggestions

1. Currently if you have dot data points with your line, and the line chart is animated, the dots appear at once as a fade in, then the line snakes it‘s way across them.

This effect is cool, but it would also be good to have an option to draw the dot points in tandem with the line animation, so they appear to be a single entity.

2. Semi-related to animate_speed option #7, it could also be cool to have an option that animates all lines at once. I.e - on a line chart with loads of lines, it could still be nice to give an interactive feel, but staggering line animations probably takes too long. If they were made to animate in tandem this would address this.
