for native compilation, bflat (and the underlying native AOT compiler) is not incremental. it's unlikely incremental compilation is going to be added to native AOT, so neither to bflat. lack of incremental compilation will always limit the opportunities in compile speeds. it's like compiling C++ with -flto all the time.
