When using the TinyMCE Editor to edit a question, there appear more mlang-tags (see screenshots).

Hi,

got your point there. While it's not possible with the standard multilang functionality to span the language specifc parts over several paragraphs, it is possible using the multilang v2 filter.
I will see that when formatting the text, this can be observed.

No. It's in the plugin and I changed that recently because in the old way, the corresponding {mlang} tags where not found because searched within the same parent element. That is ok when you use the standard span tags for multi language content. However, with the filter multilang v2 the opening and closing mlang tag can span several block elements. This needs to be adapted.
