목적

QA게시글 작성 페이지의 UI를 제작하고 기능을 추가한다.

요구 사항

  • QA게시글 작성 페이지의 마크업을 완료한다.
  • 작성자, 제목, 내용. 담당자, 생성일자, 이슈넘버를 작성하고 파일과 이미지를 업로드 할 수 있다.
  • 업로드 버튼을 누르면 게시글이 등록된다."
