회의록 작성 페이지의 UI를 제작하고 기능을 추가한다.

요구 사항

  • 회의록 작성 페이지의 마크업을 완료한다.
  • 진행중인 회의의 회의록을 작성하고, 이슈를 추가할 수 있다.
  • 작성자, 참여자, 생성일자, 수정일자를 나타낸다."
