I'm so sorry, I read the email several days ago and I wanted to answer it after work and I totally forgot.
I remember in the first version that I tried to implement, I wrote the code for conversion to GeoJson by myself in python, however, for the new version I find a library which can do the conversion and it is well tested. I'm not sure what is exactly wrong with our line string data that I doesn't convert to GeoJson! I knew we had that problem in the first version in python, also in the second one that I added to BExIS 2.
