To provide a concrete example of transparency and reproducibility, we want to have a high-quality implementation of the MarchMadness simulation code, its input data, reference output and libraries used. We will use this reference environment for illustrating the use of several transparency and reproducibility workflows.

  • Fork a copy of Spring 2019 March Madness repo and data into the Collegeville GitHub org.
  • Assess code, documentation, build, integration and test gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Enter specific gap activities in this issue.
