Enhancement suggestion

I'm using 0.7.3 (compiled on Ubuntu 18.04). I notice that DVBCUT does not preserve DVB and Teletext subtitle streams that are present in a .ts file, unlike VideoReDo (Windows package).

It might be a good idea to add functionality to edit DVB and Teletext subtitle streams along with the video and audio streams.

I don't have the knowledge of how to do it, so I'm making the suggestion for bernardu to consider in a future build.
