dvbcut-0.7.4-1build4: libavformat codec creates 3times greater files

The mpg codec from libavformat does not work, the file is 3 times larger than the original transport stream. The "DVBCUT multiplexer" format produces an mpg file that shows significant video image errors when played on TV. On Computer it works.

With dvbcut-0.7.3-1 there are no errors.
