Color List For Accessibility

I was trying to make new label colors, and it occurred to me that it would be helpful to have a built-in list of colors that work for both dark and light modes.

Specifically, I was trying to use the labels and it didn't seem to me that there were enough available colors. I would like more options or at least a list somewhere I could pull from to pick new colors for whatever I need them for.
