This causes some issues with reinstalling the sharp module. To get it running I'm currently using Node v15.14.0 to run gatsby and staying on gatsby v2.

To run the website in development mode, execute the following in a new shell:
. ~/.nvm/nvm.sh
nvm use 15.14.0
gatsby develop
