• Append to the title?
• Prepend to the post content?

It would be great to add a settings-page to your plugin to give the user the possibility to activate/deactivate the "auto-add" function.
Maybe someone (definitely I) writes themes with out-of-the-box support for your plugin and wants to prevent duplicate subtitles.
