The value here is as a convenience for more sophisticated WP installs.

Enable user to configure site with something like the following in their wp-config.php file:

define( 'BEEMINDER_USERNAME', 'username' );
define( 'BEEMINDER_AUTH_KEY', 'authkey' );

The plugin should check for these and use them when set.

Complementary to #9.
