What technical requirements are needed to support this user? Which do we already fulfil, which require development of infrastructure, tools or processes?

feedback from Willemien, Sarah and Mary-Joy has been incorporated, waiting for feedback from Berrie for quantitative case.

Berrie will hopefully add additional feedback within the coming month. I suggest we review these requirements now and convert them into issues. We can then adjust the issues where necessary according to Berrie's feedback.
