Failed - Network error in some files

i have some pdf files they show a "failed - network error" when i try to download them ... if i change the name of the file from
tarantula-wartung.pdf to tarantula--wartung.pdf then it workes. most files are working some do not work ... any idea? if i dowload them over ftp it also workes. typo3 8.7.13 falsecuredownload version 2.2.0

@celmedia This does not sound furmiliar to us. Im going to leave the issue open and maybe others have the same expirience
