The last Fedora version to have the beaker-system-scan*rpm is Fedora35.
Can they be generated for Fedora 40?
Can we setup the CI in GitHub to generate these? (Probably not since GitHub doesn't seem to support aarch64 at this time, though they have it in beta testing).

For beaker-system-scan I have created a GitHub workflow that can create an RPM. Though it doesn't publish it or anything. Also it only creates X86_64 RPMS and we also need aarch64 RPMS

Looking at: https://beaker-project.org/yum/harness/
The last Fedora version to have the
