I ran install-wifi but could not find the wifi network. What should I do in this case, does it have anything to do with config file?

Please file fluidnc issues on the fluidnc issues page at https://github.com/bdring/FluidNC/issues . This is the Grbl_Esp32 issues page. Grbl_Esp32 is no longer supported
