Develop a framework to quantify the image accuracy. For GMs this might be the convergence as a function of image subsampling, while for phonions it might be convergence as a function of number of phonions.

should also be convergence as a number of PSF gaussians. Where convergence is measured in terms of accuracy/precision on simulated images.

Tests against GalSim have been added (e.g. e81421a) and there is a test of the 2nd-order Gaussians as well in forcepho/tests/slow_tests/test_undersample.py
