There are several differences between vendors, e.g. external inputs are supported by ledger but for now trezor does not accept them.

This at least needs to have table of vendor/feature (or lack of it).
This needs:

Tests for all vendor/feature pairs. (failing ones as well)
InputData to be more flexible to these cases. (Currently external inputs just fail)
