Describe the task
Figure out best way to limit our operation data storage needs without comprising necessary data for historical purposes.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Can we safely delete model data?
  • Can we find an archiving solution where we can restore historical data when needed?
  • Write a task that solves the problem based on questions above
  • Delete Subset Tables?

Additional context

  • Partition tables for certain time backup + restore?
